Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Worker to join our dynamic production team to produce the cannabis products of the highest quality. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that products are manufactured to the highest standards. This position requires attention to detail, follow orders, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Follow orders from production manager. Perform assigned tasks using hand tools and other equipment as required. Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications and standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and resolve any issues that arise during the manufacturing process. Assist in inventory management by tracking materials used and produced.
Requirements
Previous experience in a cannabis company is preferred. The ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus. A good team player. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
