Job Overview

We are seeking a Production Welder/Fabricator to join our team. As Welder you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components using appropriate techniques and equipment to fabricate components of our snowplows.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications

- Perform production welding, fabricating, and assembling tasks according to project requirements

- Utilize hand tools, welding machines, plasma cutters, and cranes effectively

- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality control

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications

- Proficient in blueprint reading and mechanical knowledge

- Mechanically inclined

- Ability to weld, assemble, and fabricate metal components

- Familiarity with various welding techniques and equipment

- Relevant certifications or training in welding

- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Physical strength and stamina; ability to lift 50 lbs or more

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
