Production Technician - Chassis Prep- Box mount/ Undercoat

Location:

Saskatoon

Work Schedule:

Night Shift Monday to Thursday (5:45 pm to 4:15 am)

As a Chassis Prep - Box mount / Undercoat, you will be able to:

Mount box body to chassis Install component pieces such as bumper, running boards, fuel filter etc. Prep the chassis by making the necessary modifications needed for it to fit the conversion - i.e. remove mounting pucks from frames etc. Perform a general quality control check to ensure that all specifications and quality standards are met Ensure quality of workmanship conforms to specifications and eliminate rework in all applications Vehicle prep and undercoating Ensure equipment is maintained as necessary Knowledge of 12-volt electrical systems and test equipment Experience and ability to use hand tools and power tools. Ability to read a tape measure to 1/32" tolerance. Understand quality measurements to adhere to ISO requirements. Conscious of and adhere to safe work practices. Carry, push, pull and lift up to 50lbs. Reach forward and overhead at or beyond a full arms length for an extended period of time.
