The Position:
We're looking for enthusiastic and hard-working Production Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will work as part of our production team directly manufacturing based on client and engineered specifications. You will also collaborate with a team to ensure operational excellence, and production schedules are met.

What You Will Do:
Perform production tasks such as manual lifting, getting supplies, working with raw materials (glass, resin), chemicals,
Utilizing small hand tools, larger equipment safely
Understanding different glass materials
Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
Follow prescribed safety regulations
Bring production issues forward to Supervisor
Complete and keep all safety training requirements up to date
Produce quality work
What You Bring:
Ability to reliably work 8-hour shifts
Ability to learn and consistently perform production steps meeting quality standards and adhering to proper processes
Operate small tools (ex. angle grinders, air grinders, air saws, skill saws)
Ability to follow instructions and procedures
Rotate into different production workstations
Ability to work independently and within a team, collaborates well to achieve overall goals
Follow all safety, quality, and production policies and procedures to standards
Properly wear Personal Protective Equipment to meet safety standards
Basic computer literacy to work with digital workstations
