Position: Production Team Member
Location: Stittsville, ON
Work Shift: Day, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
We're hiring a hands-on Production Team Member to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. If you're detail-oriented, safety-minded, and ready to keep up with the pace of production, this role is for you!
What You'll Do:
- Operate and set up production equipment
- Palletize, strap, and tag finished products
- Perform quality checks and complete reports
- Handle scrap, inventory counts, and general housekeeping
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in manufacturing or production (Canada preferred)
- Ability to read and understand drawings/specifications
- Skilled with precise measurements (metric & imperial)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs safely
- High school diploma and clean criminal record
- Reliable team player with strong work ethic
