Production Team Members play a vital role in supporting the production of high quality parts in a Just-in-time environment. • Starting wages of $19.00/hr with progressive compensation growth to $20.75/hr at 18 months of service
• Paid overtime after 40/hours per week
• Company Performance Bonuses
• Shift Premiums +$0.40 (Afternoon Shift) & +$0.50 (Night shift)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe and clean environment
• Produce Quality products
• Meet hourly production quotas
• Document daily production

Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred \xe2\x80\x93or\xe2\x80\x94successful completion of an aptitude test You must be able to bend, reach, lift and perform the other physical requirements of the job.
