Production Team Member - Manufacturing (Windows & Doors)

Location: Abbotsford, BC - 30440 Progressive Way

Shifts Available:

Day Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Compensation & Benefits

Wage: Starting at $18.50 to $28.25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Benefits: Dental, group insurance, life insurance (as per collective agreement) Retirement: Matching RRSP available
Who We're Looking For

We're seeking motivated and reliable production workers. Ideal candidates may have backgrounds in:

Assembly Metalworking Woodworking Window and door production
Key Responsibilities

As a member of our production team, your tasks may include:

CNC machining Planner and rip saw operation Laminating and moulding Welding (aluminium, brass, steel) Grinding, sanding, and sandblasting Painting Assembly Glass assembly and glazing Loading, unloading, and material handling
Note: Duties may vary based on department needs and are assigned per the collective agreement.

Requirements

Experience is preferred Language: English proficiency required Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks Work Environment: Noisy and dusty--PPE provided and required Transportation: Reliable transportation is essential (no public transit access to site) Equipment: Must own steel-toe safety boots
