Production Team Leader

to join our growing team at our manufacturing facility.

Position Overview:

As a Production Team Leader, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production floor. You will ensure the smooth and efficient manufacturing and assembly of premium windows and doors, while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor raw material levels and manage inventory to ensure uninterrupted production Set up and calibrate production machinery, including assembling machine components as needed Review production work orders and calculate required raw materials Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues, resolving minor problems independently Perform routine maintenance on assigned machinery to maximize efficiency and prevent downtime
