Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Lead to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating production activities, ensuring quality standards are met, and leading a team of production associates. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical knowledge and the ability to work effectively with hand and power tools in a warehouse environment.

Duties

Supervise daily production activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Train and mentor team members on proper fabrication and assembly techniques. Operate various hand tools and power tools to assist in the manufacturing process. Monitor workflow, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency. Maintain accurate records of production output and equipment maintenance. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with other departments to optimize production schedules and meet project deadlines.

Experience

Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and forklifts is essential. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Experience in leading a team or supervising production staff. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, or schematics is advantageous. Bilingual
