Location: Innisfail, Alberta Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with job creation in M2M
• Assist in maintaining production schedules to optimize resource utilization and meet customer demands.
• Assist in ensuring jobs are routed to the appropriate work centers.
• Attend Kick Off meetings/IFC/production meetings to ensure detailed notes are taken.
• Print drawings and create/maintain job folders.
• Provide support to receiving and design from the beginning to end (job closing) of our projects.
• Assist with pre-job staging, as required.
• Assist in identifying production issues before it impacts customer deliveries.
• Assist Production Scheduler and Management with all other tasks as required.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 2 + years of experience, preferably in custom manufacturing
• Knowledge of production processes in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working with ERP systems, inventory, and scheduling
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all work
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products
