New Vehicle

which will add signification growth to our company and increase our presence on the world stage, including setting up a new facility for Manufacturing capability.

We are seeking an exceptional, motivated and professional

Production Supervisor

to join our team. The successful candidate will be tasked with improving manufacturing processes by focusing on strong leadership and managing a talented and diverse production staff to achieve a satisfactory workflow, while identifying areas for improvement and organizing training opportunities for their team.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to improve your technical skills while contributing to the

growth

of the company in a fast-paced and family-like environment.

The ideal candidate will be able to work within a team and under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities



Supervising workflow and overseeing day-to-day operations.

Provide training and development.

Developing and managing team schedules.

Assessing performance and offering feedback.

Recognizing and facilitating career growth opportunities.

Assisting in resolving employee conflicts and issues.

Ensuring Workplace Health and Safety.

Promoting Team Collaboration.

Maintaining Employee Records.

Creating and adhering to production processes

Promoting quality initiatives

Qualifications



High School Diploma, Post Secondary considered an asset

3-4 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment

Relevant certifications, such as a Certified technician (CPT) or Six Sigma certification a plus.

Good knowledge of MS Office.

Previous leadership experience, preferably in a union environment

Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills.

Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
