Description :Production SupervisorWilliams Lake, B.C.Tolko leaders are key to our success. If youxe2x80x99re a leader at heart, have manufacturing experience and want to make a real impact, we want to hear from you!We are looking for two Production Supervisors, to join our redesigned, modern lumber mill located near Williams Lake, British Columbia. Our Lakeview Division safely and sustainably produces over 230 million board feet of lumber per year for customers around the world so they can build their homes and their communities.Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

• A strong commitment to safety, quality, lumber recovery, and production efficiency.
• Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a lumber manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with a focus on safety and reliability.
• Strong organizational, time management, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts.
• Experience in building and developing a positive team environment.
• Post-secondary education in forestry, sawmill business or industrial wood processing would be considered an asset.

• Build strong labor relations and maintain effective communication.
