Supervise a team of 20 to 25 employees while ensuring a safe working environment
Act as a coach and ensure skills development for all employees
Work closely with the quality team to ensure that quality objectives and activities are met.

ProfileWith the following skills and qualities, you'll be successful in this role:College or university degree in mechanical engineering, administration or other related field;
3 to 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment and in personnel management (ideally in a unionized environment), or any other experience deemed relevant
Good understanding of management practices (xe2x80x9cLean manufacturingxe2x80x9d, Kanban, Kaisen, TPS, 5S)
