Job description
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to work at a manufacturing company in Repentigny effective immediately.
Job responsibilities
- Report to the plant manager
- Schedule production
- Start-of-shift Meetings
- Determine production objectives and give the information to his team
- Team supervision
- Apply security procedures on his shift
- Monitor production in live to ensure that objectives are met
- Identify and resolve production efficiency issues
- Perform other tasks related to the job post
- Organized and good interpersonal skills
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a similar position
- French native speaker - English intermediate
- DEC or DEP in industrial engineering
- Management experience
We are looking for an experienced, organized person, capable of managing a team and ensuring the proper functioning of the production lines on which the candidate works.
What we offer :
- Salary: $80k - $90k depending on diploma + bonus
- In-office position - Day shift,
- Full medical coverage paid at 50% by the employer including dental and vision, RRSP, paid leave negotiable according to experience.
