Job Description

itec group Inc.is currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor for a World Leading Producer who is located in Woodstock. While training and mentoring the production teams, you will take a lead to support and problem solve. Are you ready to join the Team?

Key Qualifications include but are not limited to:

- University degree or college diploma or equivalent experience

- 3 plus years of Production Supervisory and leadership experience

- Hands on with Lean Manufacturing Principles

- Domestic and International travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Time management and attention to detail to coordinate schedules to meet the required production needs

- Continuous Improvement and recommend measures to improve productivity and quality - Required to hire, promote, evaluate and complete performance appraisals as well as conflict management skills

- Able to operate equipment and assist with set-up
