WHAT TO EXPECT

As a production supervisor, you ensure the highest standards of performance in terms of health and safety, quality and productivity, while identifying opportunities for improvement. You act as a coach to your team to maintain a healthy work environment that respects the various values promoted by the company.

Here\'s an overview of your tasks:

• Supervise and coordinate all production activities in the various sectors.
• Ensure a safe working environment
• Support the achievement of objectives and quality activities
• Supervise a team of 15 to 20 employees and act as coach
• Support team leaders in their daily role
• Ensure the skills development of your team
• Participate in establishing a culture of excellence
• Implement improvement initiatives that can influence results

WHAT WE\xe2\x80\x99RE LOOKING FOR

• Have a combination of academic training and relevant experience in operations and personnel management
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Good problem solving skills
• Good organizational skills and thoroughness
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing (asset)

• 2 full-time permanent positions, Monday to Friday: 1 day shift and 1 evening shift
