Job Description
Our client is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. As a production supervisor, you will be part of the production team supporting steel repair team. The ideal candidate will have metal fabrication, Red Seal designation and high attention to details which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Halifax
Pay Range: $80k to $90k
What\xe2\x80\x99s the Job?
- Steel Fabrication repair
- Assigning work, setting expectations, and accountability for completion
- Assign jobs and coordinate operation schedule.
- Communicate with other supervisors to maintain workflow.
- Adhere to labour contract and ensure compliance.
- Completion of some College/CEGEP/Vocational or technical training
- Red Seal Metal Fabrication
- 2 to 3 years supervisory experience in a production environment
- 6 to 9 years applicable trade experience in an industrial, mechanical or manufacturing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
