We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products while maintaining safety standards and optimizing workflow. This role requires strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes within a factory setting.

Responsibilities

Manage daily production activities to ensure targets are met while maintaining quality standards. Supervise and train production staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet changing demands. Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and maintenance. Collaborate with other departments, including quality control and logistics, to streamline operations. Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity.

Skills

Proven experience in a manufacturing facility, with a strong understanding of assembly line processes. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Forklift operation experience is preferred; certification is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Previous warehouse experience is beneficial, enhancing understanding of inventory management practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively lead teams and collaborate with other departments.
