JOB OVERVIEW
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily planning, follow-up and optimization of the demand required to support the production deliverables. Main responsibilities will include:
Managing daily production meetings and coordinating production workflow for one or multiple production areas
Analyze production factors such as capacity, cycle time and urgencies to ensure production plan achievement
Determining manpower and equipment to cover production demand
Support Warehouse Order (WO) creation requirements as well Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) data management
Developing standardized, custom reports as well as Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Support the team in capacity modelling and production analysis.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree with 3-year experience or equivalent
Organized, results-driven with great problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and computer skills are very useful for the role
Working knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Office and ERP systems
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to forge ties and build relations between colleagues
Rigor and attention to detail
Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite
Must be bilingual (French and English) (written, read and spoken).
