Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Scheduler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating and optimizing production schedules to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of products. This position requires strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of supply chain processes, demand planning, and lean manufacturing principles.

Duties

Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity constraints. Collaborate with various departments including manufacturing, procurement, and sales to align production plans with business objectives Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet changing demands Prepare reports on scheduling performance metrics for management review Participate in cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred Proven experience in production scheduling or a similar role within a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with MRP systems; experience with ERP is highly desirable. Strong understanding of demand planning and supply chain processes. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively and provide optimistic solutions
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.05-$80,000.00 per year
