We are seeking a motivated, and reliable

Production and Sales Coordinator

to join our signage and graphics team in

Richmond, BC

. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

digital print production

,

sign fabrication coordination

, and

client service

within a

sign shop environment

. This position plays a key role in coordinating production schedules, ensuring job accuracy, and supporting the sales team with quotes, orders, and client communications.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate production workflow from job intake to final installation Independently operate as a digital production specialist , capable of producing and finishing signage from start to completion Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams Prepare quotes, work orders, and purchase requests Schedule and track jobs to meet client deadlines Maintain quality control and ensure projects meet company standards Support the sales team with customer service and follow-ups Oversee inventory levels and material orders as required Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized production area
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
