Job Description

Atlas Structural Systems is a manufacturer specializing in the design and manufacture of pre-engineered structural systems for commercial and residential construction projects in Eastern Canada. Our integrated roof, wall, and floor systems offer proven quality and provide a great deal of benefit and value.

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Work alongside the Production Manager to increase efficiencies.

\xc2\xb7 Plan and prioritize jobs for the team.

\xc2\xb7 Promote safety culture and ensure all company policies are being followed.

\xc2\xb7 Assist on maintaining consistent daily production output regardless of complexities of individual projects.

\xc2\xb7 Manage and maintain training materials and employee documents.

\xc2\xb7 Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires.

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 2 years of production administrative experience is considered an asset.

\xc2\xb7 Safety mindset with a willing to learn attitude.

\xc2\xb7 High attention to detail, effective time-management skills, and strong communication skills.

\xc2\xb7 Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).

\xc2\xb7 Can manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

\xc2\xb7 Motivates others through their positive attitude to always be improving.

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrates the drive and commitment needed to reach goals.
