You will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity, contributing to the delivery of exceptional food products to our customers.What you will do

• Develop and manage production schedules to ensure timely Weekly completion. Coordinate with cross functions such as but not limited to customer experience, supply chain, procurement and maintenance to ensure visibility and adherence to a rolling 4-week schedule.
• Participate in all aspects of Inventory Management including cycle counts, working capital analysis, food waste and physical inventory.
• Maintain and update Customer Service meetings with a focus on improving customer experience
• Coordinate with functional leaders on Cap Ex. and support project planning.
• Monitor and track the progress of ongoing Manufacturing projects to ensure alignment with goals, timelines and other functional operational groups.
• Liaise with the HR department regarding employee documentation and compliance.
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of production scheduling, including but not limited to line capacity, budgeting, sanitation, and sequencing.
• Support Operational Excellence program, KPI Slides: Data collection and reporting.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and customers to ensure services are met.
• Assist in maintaining OEE/Master Data and update reports for visibility.
• Assist production on reporting metrics specific to line metrics and schedule adherence.
• This role may involve other duties as assigned by the manager. As our company evolves, the responsibilities may expand to include a variety of tasks as they arise.
• Follow Site (food) Safety best practices to ensure safe-working for self and to protect the safety of colleagues and customers to demonstrate zero accident/incident behavior
• Ensure own personal hygiene meets the requirements of food industry
• Report incidents, accidents and unsafe work conditions, deficiencies in equipment, unsafe acts and other safety concerns.
• Operational Excellence - Continuous Improvement
• Share and replicate best practice with other team members and colleagues to improve the maintenance plan.
• Active involvement in Operational Excellence programs.
• Enable learning from line issues / forecasts to improve the Production plan.
• Lead meetings (where applicable) for the Planning group
• Perform other tasks as required by your Management Team to ensure team performance and distribution output is achieved.
• Must have the knowledge and flexibility to be able to cover other administrative tasks in Operations.

What we expect from you

• Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Production scheduler, coordinator or in a similar role within the food manufacturing industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in production management software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards.
• SAP knowledge is required
