Ensure availability of materials, tools, and documentation for planned work.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize resources and efficiency.
Review work packages to identify material, equipment, and tooling needs.
Coordinate with external contractors to confirm service availability.
Gather technical data for production planning and execution.
Monitor and report on project costs, schedules, and performance.
Update customer work packages and communicate changes.
Work with the Production Manager to track task status and workflow.
Manage supplier lead times to ensure timely delivery.
Develop and maintain production schedules and milestones.
Qualifications2+ year technical school diploma required.
Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
AME M2 License and PMP designation are assets.
3+ years of planning experience, preferably in aviation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Experience with maintenance tracking software (Quantum is a plus).
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
