Jumping Bean is currently looking to add a self-motivated team player to join our team as a Production Operator/Team Lead. This is a full-time position at our main office/production facility located at 9 Glencoe Dr, Mount Pearl. Working with and supervising a team of packaging operators. Ensure overall safe and proper operation of the machinery and production lines, maintaining all food safety and quality processes, and ensuring smooth product switch-overs. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Lead production team \xc2\xb7 Operate coffee roaster \xc2\xb7 Coordinate production \xc2\xb7 Transport raw materials, finished products and packaging materials throughout the warehouse. \xc2\xb7 Maintain a clean work environment \xc2\xb7 Clean and Sanitize \xc2\xb7 Various Audits \xe2\x80\x93 Organics etc \xc2\xb7 Maintain detailed audits Candidates MUST have: \xc2\xb7 Minimum 2 years in a similar role. \xc2\xb7 Excellent attendance and reliability. \xc2\xb7 Proven safety-first attitude \xc2\xb7 Be able to communicate well in English, both spoken and written \xc2\xb7 Physical Strength, ability and fitness to lift up to 50kg occasionally. \xc2\xb7 Basic math and computer skills needed \xc2\xb7 Forklift certification IDEAL Candidate will have: \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of HACCP, or other Food Safety Protocols \xc2\xb7 Post-Secondary education or Courses. \xc2\xb7 Natural leadership skills. \xc2\xb7 Experience in identifying and fixing technical problems with machinery.
