We're seeking Production Operators who are technically inclined, eager to learn, and excited to help shape and scale our Canadian operations from the ground up.
Position Summary:
The Production Operator plays a critical role in our GMP-regulated manufacturing environment, supporting daily operations to ensure products consistently meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards. You will operate advanced production equipment, follow precise SOPs, and contribute to continuous improvement in a collaborative team setting.
This role is ideal for someone who is mechanically curious, thrives in structured processes, and wants to grow their technical skills in a cutting-edge facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate, monitor, clean, and maintain production equipment according to GMP and SOP requirements.
Perform in-process checks and accurately complete batch records and production documentation.
Package, label, and visually inspect products to ensure adherence to quality specifications.
Troubleshoot basic equipment or process issues and escalate when required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with Health & Safety and HACCP principles.
Collaborate with cross-functional team members to meet and exceed daily production targets.
Support continuous improvement efforts, including new procedures, equipment setups, and optimization initiatives.
Perform other production duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
o Previous experience in production or manufacturing; experience in NHP, food, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical manufacturing is a strong asset.
Working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, or Health Canada regulatory compliance preferred.
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new technical processes and equipment.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow SOPs and document accurately.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-growth environment.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, overtime, or adjusted hours as needed.
Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Police clearance required.
