Production Operator Midnight And Afternoon Shifts

Job Description
Position Summary:
This position is accountable for efficiency in performing all production steps required to produce quality products by specified methods. Operations include: molding, trimming, material-handling, quality checks, sorting, grinding, packaging, and post cure.
Qualifications:
High school diploma
1-3 years of manufacturing experience
Strong work ethic
Ability to work both independently, as well as with a team
Willingness to assist colleagues and interact favorably as to ensure continued departmental success
Ability to follow work instructions and quality plans as provided for processing product
Ability to perform in-process quality checks as required, which includes the use of tools and gauges as necessary, relevant to the characteristic of the product measurement(s) required
Ability to use measuring equipment, such as scales and rulers
Certified operator duties
Must be available to work overtime shifts as required
At times, the Millroom Operator is required to wear a respirator
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to $27.43 per hour
