Must be open to overtime and shift flexibility

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented

Production Operators (Level II, III, Sr. Operator)

with

Oral Solid Dosage (OSD)

manufacturing expertise. You will be responsible for operating, cleaning, and maintaining state-of-the-art production equipment including

compression, granulation, encapsulation, and coating machines

, ensuring compliance with

cGMP standards

.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate equipment including tablet presses, granulators, encapsulators, and coaters (e.g., Fette, MG2, Korsch, Glatt). Follow batch records, SOPs, and GMP regulations during production. Perform cleaning, setup, dismantling, and changeovers of equipment. Conduct in-process quality checks and accurate documentation. Participate in troubleshooting and continuous improvement projects. Maintain a clean and safe manufacturing environment. Collaborate with team members and support cross-functional activities.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma / GED

or equivalent.

2-5+ years of experience

in pharmaceutical OSD manufacturing (compression, encapsulation, coating, granulation). Proficiency in equipment operation, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting. Understanding of

Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

and batch documentation. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Basic English communication

(read and speak instructions clearly).

Nice to Have:

Experience with

Wurster coating, bead tower, and fluid bed dryers

. Forklift certification (preferred, not required). Familiarity with

Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma

principles.
