We are currently seeking out 1 AMAZING Production Operator for our Fabrication Assembly Department on the day shift.

What you'll be doing:

Reading and interpreting drawings/blueprints to determine the depth, width, angle and grinding requirements in order to prepare for fabrication of material Operating grinders, drills, buffers, and/or other equipment as necessary to fabricate parts Set-up, adjusting and operating machinery/equipment in a safe and efficient manner Preparing work to be completed by reviewing work orders, material, products, gauges, machinery and equipment Inspecting finished products for defects and conformance to specifications and quality standards Fabricating, assembling, and repairing material using hand tools, power tools and other equipment such as tape measures and calipers Material handling Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
What gives you the edge:

High School Diploma or equivalent Manufacturing experience Mathematical aptitude Good oral and written communication skills Effective problem-solving skills Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for long periods of time High attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a willingness to learn new skills
