What You'll Do

The Production Operator / Brewer plays a key role in the production of Side Launch products at our Collingwood brewery. It requires hands-on work in various areas of production to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Brew and transfer product by following recipes, instructions, and training to ensure quality and consistency. Operate canning and kegging lines, and conduct quality checks as required. Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and cleaning of all brewing and packaging equipment. Complete required sanitation and cleaning schedules in brewing and packaging areas. Perform routine testing and analysis of in-process samples and finished products to meet quality control standards. Assist with material handling, organization, and inventory management in the warehouse. Follow all environmental and health & safety guidelines. Accurately record production and quality data as required. Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

Passion for brewing and an interest in beer production. Previous experience in a brewery or packaging environment is an asset. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Brewing Science, Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, or Biochemistry is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
