Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that machinery operates efficiently and products are fabricated to meet quality standards. This position requires a strong understanding of various manufacturing processes and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Contribute to production optimization and continuous improvement efforts Assemble & test electronic circuit boards and related components on Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Machines Assemble LED Roadway lights at various stages of production Work with hands assembling small components Maintain accurate records of production output and machine performance. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and resolve any production issues. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment. Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit/stand for long periods Must be able to lift up to 50lbs Must be able to communicate clearly (written and verbal)

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

High school graduate or equivalent Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is advantageous. Strong attention to detail Some knowledge of Manufacturing, and Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Technologies is preferred Strong interpersonal, problem-solving skills along with demonstrated technical and organizational abilities Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Interest in electronics and mechanical builds Ability to stand for long periods Capable of distinguishing between colors

Pay: From $15.70 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
