Production & Operations Team Lead
to join our team and oversee day-to-day production, inventory, planning, documentation, sanitation, and compliance.What You'll Do:
Lead and coordinate daily production activities to meet targets and quality standards. Manage cannabis and non-cannabis inventory, ensuring accurate seed-to-sale tracking. Develop and maintain production schedules based on forecasts and capacity. Maintain all production documentation to Health Canada standards. Oversee sanitation protocols to meet GPP compliance. Support audits and inspections.
What We're Looking For:
3+ years in production, operations, or inventory management (cannabis or regulated industry preferred). Knowledge of Cannabis Regulations and GPP standards. Experience with seed-to-sale/ERP systems, especially Dynamics 365. You MUST be detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable.
