Overview

Reporting to the Production Manager , the

Manufacturing Production Worker

will specialize in manufacturing and packaging natural health products. This position is a 40 hour a week, 5 days a week for an eight hour shift, typically Monday - Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm however shift may vary at times.

In this role, you will perform the following duties

Set up manufacturing equipment (Holding tanks, pumps, mixers, hydraulic presses) Follow written batching instructions and gather raw materials for processing Weigh and verify raw materials (using table scales and floor scales) Operate manufacturing equipment following safety protocols and batching protocols Transfer finished product into transport vessels and bottling finished goods for shipping Following required cleaning protocols for the manufacturing equipment and manufacturing area. Follow all safety procedures. Safely lift up to 25kgs Other duties as assigned

Experience and Education

Secondary school diploma or equivalent 1 year of work experience in a fast-paced environment Valid Drivers License (access to vehicle preferred)
