Overview


We are seeking an experienced and proactive Production Manager to oversee daily repair operations within our dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive autobody experience, and a solid understanding of the repair processes . This role is vital in ensuring efficient production workflows, maintaining safety standards, and fostering continuous improvement across the facility. The Production Manager will coordinate teams, optimize equipment utilization, and uphold quality standards to meet organizational goals.

Duties



Supervise and coordinate all production activities on the manufacturing floor to ensure timely and efficient output. Oversee assembly line operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall repair efficiency. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed. Lead and train staff on the proper use of hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques. Monitor production metrics, prepare reports, and communicate progress to senior management. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all employees. maintain profit standards and efficiency standards for all production relatred departments Assign work to appropriate technicianstaking into consideration ability, workload, and fair distribution Verify that all pasrts are received necessary to complete each repair assist technicians in establishing daily work priorities Monitor quality control through all stages of the repair process perform final quality control on every vehicle beforre delivery

Requirements



Proven experience in manufacturing or factory settings, with a strong background in assembly line management. Hands-on experience operating forklifts, hand tools, power tools, and other warehouse equipment. Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing machinery and assembly processes. Prior warehouse experience is preferred for managing inventory and logistics effectively. Familiarity with factory safety standards and best practices in manufacturing environments. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities efficiently. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and process control. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
