Job Summary

The

Production Manager

will oversee the day-to-day production operations of ODRA Road Sweepers, ensuring manufacturing, logistics, service, and supply chain functions run efficiently and effectively. This role requires a strong leader who can streamline processes, manage teams, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining the high standards of quality and performance the ODRA brand is known for.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all production aspects of the business including scheduling, inventory, logistics, and quality control. Lead and mentor production, warehouse, and service teams to meet performance, quality, and safety targets. Coordinate with sales, engineering, and customer service teams to align production with customer expectations and delivery timelines. Develop and implement efficient production systems, processes, and best practices. Monitor supply chain and procurement functions to ensure materials and parts availability. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce regular production reports for senior management. Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements. Support new product introductions and modifications from a production perspective. Manage relationships with third-party service providers and vendors.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred). 5+ years of production or manufacturing management experience, preferably in heavy equipment or vehicle manufacturing. Strong knowledge of supply chain management, lean manufacturing, and quality systems (e.g., ISO). Knowledge of inventory systems for warehouse operations. Experience with Engineering Changes. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
