Reporting to the Service Manager, the Production Manager ensures every vehicle receives top-tier care while keeping technician productivity at peak levels. You'll lead from the front -- mentoring, motivating, and maintaining excellence every step of the way.

Essential Duties:

Schedule and manage technicians for maximum efficiency

Perform quality control inspections to guarantee perfection

Join customers for test drives when needed

Review and log customer comebacks for continuous improvement

Assist with dispatching work into the shop

Champion health & safety compliance

Diagnose complex vehicle issues and support technicians Partner with the Service

Manager on shop operations
