Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic ,high performing leader with a proven track record in managing production operations and leading teams to achieve goals . As production manager at our Ship Harbour ,P Bay ,NL processing facility ,you will oversee the production of snow crab species for global markets .

In this fast paced environment ,the successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of plant performance ,ensuring objectives are met in a cost effective manner .The ideal candidate will have strong coaching abilities ,collaborate effectively with senior management ,and demonstrate exceptional judgement and professionalism .You will be expected to lead and inspire a diverse team to meet production goals while fostering a safe and collaborative work environment .

Qualifications :

• 3 to 5 years experience in a snow crab processing facility .An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered .
• Proven managerial experience with the ability to effectively lead teams and projects to accomplish goals and objectives ,and effectively address and resolve personnel issues .
• Exceleent organizational and interpersonal skills .
• Strong decision making skills and ability to multi task while maintaining a positive attitude .
• High level of integrity ,confidentiality and accountability
• Computer Skills -Microsoft Word ,Excel ,etc

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 70 per week

Additional pay:

• Overtime pay

Flexible language requirement:

• French not required

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
