Production Oversight:

Manage multiple crews of painters, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to quality standards Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the painting process, from surface preparation to final finishes
Supply Chain Management:

Order and stock painting supplies, ensuring crews have the necessary tools for seamless project execution Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with supplies to maintain adequate stock
Client Communication:

Communicate scheduling and progress updates with clients, providing a transparent and positive experience Address client concerns and inquiries promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction
Project Coordination

Oversee project timelines, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget Collaborate with the painting team to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency

Required Qualifications:

Full-time access to a vehicle during the summer season Valid driver's license Coachable and willing to learn High school diploma
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $25,000.00-$40,000.00 per year

Driving Licence (required)
