Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee our truck up-fitting operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes and supply chain management, with a focus on continuous improvement and quality control. This role requires excellent leadership skills to manage a production team, optimize processes, and ensure that production goals are met efficiently.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the production team to achieve operational goals and maintain high-quality standards. Implement and oversee manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Drive process improvement initiatives. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment between production, quality control, and the sales department. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders regarding production status, challenges, and opportunities for enhancement.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand truck mounted equipment. Experience with quality control methodologies and standards in a manufacturing setting. Familiarity with assembly processes and supply chain management principles. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement. Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing a team effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration across departments.

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
