Canadian Farms Produce Inc. is a local farm operation. We're seeking a hands-on

Production Management Associate

to oversee our production and inventory operations

Responsibilities

Collaborate with logistics and sales teams to ensure timely delivery. Lead and train seasonal and full-time staff in best practices Implement food safety and traceability protocols Ensure production, shipping and inventory schedules are reconciled on a daily basis Provide production, shipping and inventory reports to management on a daily basis Ensure accuracy of traceability procedures with production crew

Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (tables, charts, VLOOKUP, etc.) Comfortable with other Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Familiarity with basic troubleshooting or IT support. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and time management. Bilingual (English/Punjabi or Spanish) Previous office or admin experience is a plus. Support team with various administrative duties. 3-5 years of experience in produce or food production management. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Familiarity with food safety certifications and compliance.

Pay: $17.85-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
