NCode Foods Inc. is looking for a reliable and driven Production & Warehouse Associate to help power our team forward. If you take pride in a strong work ethic, bring a methodical approach to your work, and thrive in a team-focused environment--we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you'll be responsible for operating industrial blenders to produce high-quality, food-grade blends, along with supporting core warehouse functions like shipping, receiving, and pallet handling.

No prior food manufacturing experience?

But are still interested? We provide hands-on training and are committed to helping the right person grow with us from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments Manufacturing dry blends Operate industrial blenders to mix dry ingredients according to specific formulas and production schedules Ensure all blends meet quality and safety standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the blending area Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided) Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment Conduct inventory checks and update records Follow safety protocols and company policies Receive, store, and organize raw materials and finished products

Requirements:

Previous warehouse & manufacturing experience 2+ yrs
Able to lift 50 lbs.

Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus Keep warehouse/lab and blending area clean and tidy Other duties as required as we grow

Working Conditions:

You'll be working in a warehouse environment, with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures. Flexibility is key--we may need you for shifts that include evenings or weekends.
