We are currently seeking 1 AMAZING Production Machine Operator for our day shift.

What you'll be doing:

Reading and interpreting drawings to plan, set-up and operate equipment (laminator, log-slitter, table assembly work) Set-up, adjusting and operating machinery/equipment in a safe and efficient manner Layout/load and preparing materials for production Preparing work to be completed by reviewing work orders, material, products, gauges, machinery and equipment Inspecting finished products for defects and conformance to specifications and quality standards Maintaining accurate production counts Material handling Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
What gives you the edge:

High School Diploma or equivalent Manufacturing experience Mathematical aptitude Good oral and written communication skills Effective problem-solving skills Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand for long periods of time High attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a willingness to learn new skills
