Minimal qualifications needed, read on and apply now!Agilus is recruiting for several Production Line Workers in the Manufacturing Sector in Morden, Manitoba. Maintaining the high standards of safety, quality and productivity, the Production Worker is responsible for the process control of the production and the quality of the finished product. You will also perform maintenance duties and make reports. How you will make an impact:

• Ensure that input/output mfg. process documentation is created, maintained.
• Performs maintenance duties to correct minor downtime occurrences.
• Ensure changeover checklists are complete and performed in a timely manner.
• Initiate work orders.
• Seek replacement worker if there is an absence. May be required to provide coverage for tugger.
• Input Daily in-process inspections in SAP
• Provide guidance, coaching and leadership to their crewmembers Daily.
• Assist maintenance, engineering and support personnel when possible.

Successful candidates will have:

• Full shift flexibility is a must! This is a rotating shift between mornings, afternoons and overnight shifts.
• Strong motivation and excellent work ethic and discipline.
• strong desire to learn in depth manufacturing process or at least have an experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Safety minded- good in adhering to safety protocols, policies and procedures at all times.
• strong in manual dexterity - Can be able to stand and work 8 hours/ day for full time hours / week.
• Able to operate and navigate around the internet/ intranet, basic Microsoft computer programs
• Must show proof of valid work eligibility in Canada
• Must be willing to drive, walk, or bike to the work location on a regular basis.

You'll receive:

• $ 18.78/hr for the duration of the on-going term position
• This is a full-time contract/ term role but depending on the opening and performance, there is a possibility of being hired full-time permanent under the famous company brand.
