Job Description

Hours: Monday-Friday

Shifts: Morning (7:00 am - 3:30 pm) or Evening (4:30 pm - 1:00 am)

What you'll do:

Operate equipment at various stations (straw, peat moss, bagger) -- full training provided Assist with material handling using forklifts/Bobcat (if needed) Lift, bag, and wrap products (up to 50 lbs) Keep production machines running efficiently Follow quality standards and safety procedures Help keep your work area clean and organized
What you bring:

Physical strength and stamina Willingness to work in a dusty, noisy environment (PPE provided) Flexibility for different shifts and overtime when needed A positive attitude and good teamwork skills Production line experience is an asset -- but we will train the right people!
