Production Line Operator

Loction: Woodstock, ON

JOB SUMMARY

We're looking for reliable and hardworking Production Line Operators to join our team! In this role, you'll be part of a fast-paced production environment, operating equipment, maintaining quality standards, and helping ensure our products meet the highest levels of performance.

THE DAY TO DAY

Operate production lines for packaged materials, including concrete mixes, grouts, and other products. Monitor machinery, screens, and cameras to detect and resolve production issues. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Work closely with the floor supervisor to prioritize daily production needs. Add materials ("hand adds") into mixers as required. Clean mixers and production lines between product runs. Partner with maintenance to ensure equipment stays in good working condition. Collaborate with Quality Control (QC) to test and verify products meet company standards. Follow all health, safety, and quality procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Safety-conscious and dependable team player. Strong attention to detail and quality. Good organizational and problem-solving skills. Physically capable of standing, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks. Previous experience in a production or manufacturing setting is an asset but not required -- we provide training!
