Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Line Lead to oversee daily production line operations. The Line Lead will ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality, safety, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate activities of production line workers. Ensure daily production goals are achieved efficiently and safely. Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards. Train and support team members in job duties and safety practices. Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Complete and maintain production reports and documentation.
Requirements:

2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Basic computer skills for reporting.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
