Position Overview
We are hiring
Line Associates
to join our
Night Shift team (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
at our Keele plant.
As a Line Associate, you will play a key role in supporting production operations through
equipment setup, product inspection, accurate packing, and housekeeping
. This is an entry-level position with a clear training path to
Machine Operator
.
Availability Requirements
Must be available to work
any night of the week (Sunday-Saturday)
.
Ideally open to working
both day and night shifts
(flexibility is an asset).
This opening is
currently for the Night Shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
.
Compensation
Base Rate:
$17.20/hour
Night Shift Premium:
+$0.50/hour
Total Night Shift Rate:
$17.70/hour
Key Responsibilities
Operate and support production lines under the direction of Supervisors, Lead Hands, and Machine Operators.
Perform
packing, labeling, and inspection
of products to meet quality standards.
Maintain
housekeeping and safety
standards in the production area.
Report production issues, defects, or downtime promptly.
Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and cleaning as required.
Accurately follow
work order specifications
and company procedures.
Use the Cyframe ERP system for data entry, weight checks, and label printing.
Lift and package products safely (25-50 lbs).
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.
Qualifications
18 years of age or older.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Basic math and computer skills.
Previous manufacturing experience is an asset (but not required--training provided).
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for up to
12 hours per shift
.
Ability to
lift 25-50 lbs
and perform repetitive bending/lifting.
Comfortable working in a
fast-paced environment
with changing priorities.
