Overview

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the manufacturing process by utilizing various tools and equipment to fabricate and assemble products. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

Operate power tools and hand tools to fabricate components according to specifications. Assemble products by following detailed instructions and schematics. Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and resolve any issues that arise during the manufacturing process. Safely operate forklifts for the movement of materials within and outside the warehouse as needed.

Skills

Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for fabrication tasks. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Experience in a warehouse setting, including familiarity with assembly processes. Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently (certification preferred but not required). Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Onsite training provided for specific tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 9 months

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
