Your Role





Phase is seeking a Production Kitter/Material Handler with previous warehouse experience within a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will perform tasks to satisfy the material flow in production and fulfill shipments. This is a six-month temporary assignment located at our Richmond, BC location.



Responsibilities:


Performs picking and kitting of parts to support the Production department according to order details Return unused items to proper locations after order fulfillment/kitting/picking Notify Supervisor of low stock, damaged materials, or discrepancies. Performs accurate packaging for outbound shipment of goods to end users. Pack products securely using appropriate materials Ensure packages meet company packing standards and customer specifications. Label packages accurately with shipping labels and handling instructions. Assist with cycle counts or inventory checks when required. Record complete orders in the ERP system if required Follow Production and Warehouse safety Procedures (lifting techniques, use of PPE, Chemical handling where required). Operate pallet jacks, carts, or other handling equipment safely Maintains a safe, clean, and well-organized warehouse. Keep aisles and packing areas clear of obstructions. Support Lean/5S practices by keeping workstations clean and organized

Education and Experience:


High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum one year of experience in a warehouse in a manufacturing environment

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies:


Computer literacy. Good Knowledge of MS Office Applications: Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams Excellent teamwork skills Excellent communication skills Detail-oriented with excellent attention to detail Ability to perform numerical calculations such as add, subtract, multiply, and divide Excellent organizational skills Ability to physically lift up to 45 lbs. occasionally and up to 20 lbs. frequently
