Perfectly Snug is an exciting rapidly growing high tech company that designs, digitally markets and manufactures a smart bed that is changing the way people sleep. We are a growing team working together to manufacture our product and expand our production capabilities located in Richmond, BC. The work environment is dynamic and friendly.

The job would involve expanding our production capacity by:

Multiplying our production capacity over the next 6 months Designing and building assembly equipment including: Automated cutting machines Textile bonding and gluing Assembly work cells Analyzing current production processes and developing strategies for process improvement and optimization.
We would like the candidate to:

have skill in building and assembling mechanical and electrical systems be comfortable working with hand tools and light manufacturing equipment have ability to observe a process and identify areas of improvement be organized with strong attention to detail have a positive attitude and an aptitude that leads to learning and growth be able to get along with a wide variety of people have work experience in a production environment have experience designing in 3D CAD easily and clearly communicate in English
Hours & Availability

In-office (Richmond, BC) Monday to Friday generally but hours can be flexible
